The film producers have a knack of enabling us, in a split second, to change our viewpoint and to survey the scene from an entirely new angle. We are standing with a countless multitude outside Buckingham Palace, watching the Royal Family smiling and waving from the balcony. Then, hey presto, we seem to be looking from one of the windows of the palace itself, watching the excited behaviour of the crowd. Let us take a leaf out of the producer’s book.
