A ‘Prayer Notebook’, written in F W Boreham’s handwriting, offers many insights into his ministry of prayer, chiefly when he was Wednesday Lunch Hour preacher at Scots’ Church in the heart of Melbourne.

The following pages remind us that F W Boreham wasn’t just a preacher at these midweek services, he led the congregation in prayer. The following pages that illustrate F W Boreham’s intercessory prayer are posted in the order in which they appear in his ‘Prayer Notebook’. These are not prayers but probably the result of him brainstorming the thoughts he wanted to include in his intercessory prayers in public worship.
